She has held senior management positions with both specialty and department store retailers with specific management expertise in: Trend/Fashion Forecasting, Product Development, Buying, Brand Development & Style Direction.
Cynthia is an influential and innovative communicator with a sophisticated eye and strong ability to develop, merchandise & market compelling customer centric products and/or brands. She posseses trained presentation and media skills and is able to deliver inspiring corporate, brand and fashion messages on-air or to large groups both internally to staff and at public events. She has also successfully pioneered new fashion director roles & developed fashion office departments in both specialty & department store retailers resulting in significantly improved external brand awareness. Her skills in these fields have also allowed her to become an accomplished props and set designer having worked for companies, brands and publications like Holt Renfrew, Outdoor Living, The Globe & Mail, Bernat, Tim Hortons and Skip The Dishes.
